By downloading, installing, or using the RisingAce app ("the App") or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
RisingAce provides AI-powered tennis stroke analysis, progress tracking, and drill recommendations for junior tennis players. The App uses on-device computer vision to analyse video recordings of tennis strokes. Results are for informational and training purposes only and do not constitute professional coaching advice.
You may use RisingAce without an account for basic features. To access cloud backup and sync features, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
RisingAce offers a free tier and a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple — you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree to use RisingAce only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App; use the App to collect data about other users; misuse or abuse any feedback or support channels; or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions.
Video recordings you make with RisingAce are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Session scores and metadata that are backed up to the cloud remain your property. By using cloud backup, you grant us a limited licence to store and synchronise that data on your behalf. You can delete all your data at any time.
RisingAce is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular training goal. Stroke scores are an AI estimate of technique and should not replace professional coaching guidance. Use the App as one tool among many in your training.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RisingAce and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injury resulting from following drill or technique suggestions. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. On termination, your cloud data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
