Can I try before subscribing?

Yes — two ways. RisingAce is free to download with no credit card required (3 analyses per day, 3 drills a day, and 1 player profile). And if you want the full experience, both Premium plans start with a 7-day free trial so you can try everything before paying.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

New subscribers get 7 days of Premium free on either the monthly or yearly plan. You won't be charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, it automatically continues at the plan price you chose. You can start or manage the trial right from the app's upgrade screen. Trials are for new subscribers only.

How does the subscription work?

Your subscription is managed through the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android). It auto-renews monthly or yearly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscriptions.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a family plan?

Premium allows unlimited player profiles, so one subscription covers the whole family. There's no need for separate accounts.

What does it cost if my child has a coach?

Nothing changes. Connecting a coach is free — your child keeps using their normal free daily analyses, and upgrading to Premium is always optional (never something a coach requires). Coaches use RisingAce for free too. If you're a coach, see the For Coaches page.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your session history stays on your device. You'll revert to the free plan limits but won't lose any previously recorded data stored locally.
